Is it possible to have multiple accounts on firefox? So when I start the program, it prompts me to select an account so my mom and dad can have their own bookmarks, their own home page, etc...

He's using netscape and I keep telling him to switch to firefox.... What a n00b.

It sure is. Try openning it with "run" in windows and add -P to the end. I know -P is the option to open it up in linux with the profile manager. If that works all you have to do is add the -P option to all of the shortcuts and it will prompt you when you start.

Well, actually, if that works I believer there is a box that says "prompt when you start firefox" or something. Just check the box.
