Is there a program out there that can restrict downloads on a computer, preferably password based? I have a 12 year old brother that likes to download anything and everything, aim, itunes, limewire, all on my moms business laptop.

you shouldnt need a program. if im not mistaken you should be able to do it from your "control Panel. if your using windows

go on limwire or what ever and restrict the download limts if nothing eles.

Just set up a new user account for your brother to use... I know you can disable downloads for other accounts if your logged in under the admin account.
