I'm going to try to build a watertight box for my video camera. It would be sweet to record all of the crazy stuff that happens when my friends and I go tubing on the lake and get huge air and such... It doesn't necessarily have to be completely watertight and able to be underwater, but it needs to be safe from splashes. I found a good idea online that someone did, but I need to find a way to have the buttons be more accessible while still using this type of design. Any ideas? Basically just a locking Tupperware box, with a cutout of plexi in front of the camera lens.

hahaha yeah it does.

I took my video camera with me to niagra falls, and went on the ferry boat right up next to the falls, and all i did was just use my poncho for a little protection.

Then again my camera got slightly wet, but still worked perfectly.

I'm almost done building it out of a plastic container, it looks pretty sweet except for the caulk everywhere.. I'll try to get pics up tomorrow
