thats the phone I've pondered about getting.
only the newer version just dropped about 2 months ago or something on my provider. but I cant get my contract renewed anytime soon so that means full price.

the 6800 is good, not really much difference, the processor is actually 20 mhz slower lol, phone is a bit smaller, but you'd prolly want the extended battery anyway, which makes the phone a brick lol. the 6800 has 128mb internal i think, where mine is 64....but with a 4gb card who really cares about 64mb difference.....i run WM5, but you can run WM6 on this phone without problems
if your talking about the touch....stay away, my buddy has it and hates the touch screen keyboard, he tried to trade me phones the other day haha
I bought mine off ebay for $100 and it was pretty much in new condition i'd go that route if you wanted one

tried about 5 months ago man. The phone was reported "lost or stolen" so I couldnt turn it on.
My provider doesn't use SIM cards. so yeah it was a real *****.
I'm probably not gettin it anymore. Gonna get the Q or a RAZR2.

Foamy is awesome, I have one of the Squirrel songs as my ringer haha.
Well I got the Instinct in on Tues and so far I have been extremely happy with it. The touch screen is awesome and works really well and even the keyboard works really well and easy to use. I have reception pretty much every where now. The visual voice mail is ****ing awesome!
I was surprised at all the acc that came in the box aswell (2 batteries, 2 chargers, data cable, headphones, leather case,2gb micro card, and a stylus). The camera takes decent pictures for being a camera phone (2 megapixel). The GPS is a true GPS it seems not that cell tower triangulation BS.
The only things I dislike but are not a major issue are, you cant change the menu colors, it also seems you cant add 3rd party software.
Over all though I am happy with this phone and seems to be a solid piece of equip.

ive decided i dont need to drop that much money on a phone right now. not neccesarily a priority i suppose. Just going to get an LG rumor it has everything I want. expandable memory and a qwerty keyboard. and its reasonable compared to everything else I was looking at.

****ed my phone.
Went to Illinois to a show with my boys in demeanor for the last day of their tour.. mainly went to party and see a old band that used to be tights reunion show.
But anyways I went to this party of course I'm with my 2 best drinking buddies so I start drinking get about 4-5 in me get loose and ****. start hammering back whiskey mostly crown royal bonging beers. etc.
Wake up and my pants are wet and so is my phone.. it comes on and everything works. its just the end button is like...stuck? sort of and everytime i try to do something it exits it out because of the end key. so its pretty much useless.
I also think its kind of funny no texts are showing up either...not to be big headed but I get a lot of texts and I've gotten none since I've been able to get my phone to turn on.
