Quick question....
Ok. I made a deal to trade some stuff and me and this guy would ship at the same time. Well, we uses usps priority mail and i shipped it on a monday, and he supposedly shipped it on tuesday due to a "snow storm". Well, i waited until today to ask him were my stuff was, now he's saying he had his package canceled. ANd he was going to ship my stuff back to me. Now, we agreed to exchange tracking number's, which he never gave me one. So my thought's, is he never shipped me anything, and never had any intention's to either. After talkign to several people, they said you couldnt just cancel a shipment , so im asking you can you? I know you can with like, UPS or fedex, but not sure about usps.
