Ok, I made a deal on january 21. That's almost a month ago,(will be in 3 days) to trade my race frame and mq for a gen-e trix. The deal went down on pbn, and we agreed to ship at the same time. So after I shipped my stuff, and gave him a tracking number. He said he shipped his 2 days later because of a snow storm. But, he did not give me a tracking number. So then I started getting suspicious.

Then 3 days later he said he stopped his package, and had it shipped back to his house because I tried to rip him off, because the race wasnt in "mint" condition. He said my stuff is back on it's way to me. Ok, fine with me.Then 5 days after that(2 week's ago) he said he finally shipped it, and he was sorry it took so long.

Last week, i pm'd him again, wanting to know the tracking number b/c it still hasnt got here. He said his dad shipped it b/c he work's at the post office. A red flag went up in my mind, because the reason he said it was shipped late was becase he didnt have time to ship it, but now his dad magically work's at the post office.

Now, his pm's are full, and I have sent him a few email's. So what do I need to do or who should I contact on pbn to get a hold of him, so I can get my crap back.

I know his name, and address. He live's in Quincy, MA 02170 Any help would be much appreciative guys.

blah, so far all I get from the mod's about clearing some room in his pm's are.......


Maybe its full for a reason, hes not checking them so you sending him anymore wont do much good. Also, who's to say that the PM's in his box aren't as important as the ones that you need to send.

if you don't get a response i do believe the FBI has a online theft thing soo get as much info on the guy and fill out a report about him, they can maybe help you out. Sad to say i don't live in the US soo i don't know about the program that much but i know the FBI does have some reporting thing you can fill out

Call the local police and sherrifs dept near him. Perhaps they will investigate him for fraud.

People are so dishonest today it makes me sick. That's why i only use paypal and i never buy. I only sell. If i need something online bad enough i'll take the time to get it in person.
