NightHawk268 has scammed me and I am sending a letter to him refering to the scam. I sent him my working impy and he sent me a broken angie that needs lots of work into it. I was aware that i needed to buy a charger but he did not tell me it needed a new battery. He said he was going to send me money for the battery and he said he did and it never happened. I found out the intelliframe is totaled and the wiring is messed with. The board also has a chance of being fried. I am ready to press charges on him and i still (obviously)have his address since July. For you that already knew about the past confrontation this is where it all ends up.

Nighthawk, if you look through this thread the letter is being sent out tommorow November 4th be aware this is not a joke i WILL press charges if you are not negotiable I have had enough.

I dont think you can press charges. Usually they expect you to inspect what you trade for. Hopefully you can work it out. The wiring can be fixed tho cant it? and other than that u just need a battery and charger?

it needs a whole new intelli feed and may need a new board along with all the other stuff. I sent the letter out today. He only toldme the gun needed a charger thats it. I couldnt even use the gun once because when i got it it wouldnt turn on nor charge(used my friends charger)so then i needed a new battery and he said he was going to send me money to get it fixed never came. etc etc pressing charges

internet fraud...its getting to be very serious nowadays with ebay and such...dont screw around just take him to court.

call him if you can, usually threating a person on the phone can persuade them and make them realize how serious what they did is

call his house and ask for his mom or dad, be like is mr or ms so and so there? this is mr johnson

then get him in trouble with his parents.

it will be resolved quickly if the parents are not deusches

Definitely call him. I found that actually talking to the parents/kid helps infinitely.

I called his house and there was no answer. I left a message telling about all the problems and that I was willing to press charges and I also mentioned the letter. This is pissing me off.

You can press charges for him mis-informing you about the item.

Where does he live? call the cops of his local area to spec it out or something, how old is the kid/guy? go hunt him down or something

but yea, i'd be pissed, get the things fixed, have it all done by a store, then keep the recipt and all that ****, then get in contact w/ law officals and fax them the reciept and have them make him pay you for the damages or something.

And angles are simple to fix. With a soldering iron and some patience you can fix it for free most likely.

Unfortunately you are correct, and you are incorrect. You can file fraud charges on the person in criminal court. To recover the costs of the repairs you would have to file a civil action.

Eitehr way, have an estimate done of the repairs. Then call this dude's parents and tell them to fix it or you will take them to small claims court.

Of course if you live in a different city it is a real pain in the butt.

ok i am tippmannfronter's friend i was there when he got the angel. we just thought it needed a batery but this thiged was ****** up. every thing on this thing was broken. i know a lil bit bout angels ,, the board is done,, the switch to turn the gun on is messed up,, this gun was really ****** in the corn hole so bad ,, how ever has info on this kid has to help tippmannfronter out being scamed sucks help him out. this kid is lucky i don't findd him!!!

He sent me a letter today and it was his father. He stated that they got the gun fixed with a new batery and new wiring before sent and he stated that he would not put anymore money into the gun so he told his son to sell it as is. They only told me that the PIN number needed to be changed thats it. I have pictures of the intelli feed and of the trigger frame
