you removed the rear bolt insert?

I have read a little about the Dark Horizon Model 98 Titanium Hammer, and the Lite version, and wonder would your marker function w/o the rear bolt insert? I have the maddmann spring kit and though that if the rear bolt moves too fast for the sear to latch on, I could either use the red (strongest) sear spring, or use the r/t (arrives thurs) sear spring....

I was about to test this out until I realized I have no air
...my hpa tank has a leak
and my 9oz would probably be crappy to use for a test such as this where I'd try to achieve a high rof because ...well it's (1) co2....and (2) it's a 9oz

I think the spring might bunch up or walk itself around a little and not stay centered. I don't have my 98 with me or I would look at it a little for possible problems.

The insert is pretty light anyway. It's the steel hammer itself that adds all the weight.
