98s are too. all you need is a hammer and a punch or nail. just something to tap through the metal. its prepared to be punched through so its takes almost no effort.

Nice guide. How about a short bit on how to temporarily disconnect your RT for use on fields which don't allow it?

No you just have to call Tippmann and ask for the correct air fitting (it's a T fitting)

Yep.

The E-grip is also an option for you.

The same way you change the velocity on a normal A5. Read the owners manual.

If you don't have it, Tippmann will probably even send you a free one if you ask them.

Or you can look at one online.

Because adding the RT system has nothing to do with how the velocity is adjusted.

Not necessarily Torch, is you open the velocity screw up too much you will starve the response trigger of exhaust blowback gas and cause the RT to underperform.

Good point there, I hadn't thought of that extreme.

Ps.

The RT thrives on HPA. Regulated output of HPA gives you a plateau performance curve that remains constant until the bottle pressure drops below the regulated output pressure of about 800psi. At that point think tank is practically empty.

Torch I wouldnt call it living. More of like a zombiefied state of existence...I wake up I got to work I come home I goto bed, rinse and repeat.

i know this thread is old but heres my question. i just started trying to "tune" my RT screw and now its not acting right. it just seemed like a normal trigger. the only difference is that my co2 tank was about empty. does that effect the functionality of the response trigger?
