Well let's just get a bit more specific than

unscrew, take apart, wipe down with a slightly damp cloth, relube, put back together.

When you open it up, the first thing you will want to take into serious consideration is the little spring in the front of the gun where the hopper latches to the gun. It's very thin and small and can easily be lost. Make sure you put this in a very safe place.
Once that's out, you're going to want to take out the bolt. Front, back and the linkage arm. To dissassemble, simply take off the linkage arm (The thin bronze metal rod on the top of the gun) and you should be able to just take out the bolts.
**When taking out the back bolt, be sure to hang onto the sear from the trigger (The piece of metal with the spring on it). If you don't, it will snap really fast, possibly loosening it and causing the little pins of the trigger to fly out.**
Once the front and back bolt are out, gently put release the sear. To clean the front and back bolt, you will want to give them a good wipe down to get excess oils off. Once that is done, just drop some new oil onto the o-rings of the bolts. Don't go crazy with this.
Trigger cleaning is optional. Put back the front and back bolt (Make sure the back bolt still is being stopped by the sear) and then connect them with the linkage arm.
Putting back the little spring for the elbow latch is sometimes a pain in the ass, but keep at it and you should get it. Sorry I could've explained that a bit better, but I don't want to draw the pictures and host them and such.
Screw the two recievers back together. Almost done. Without the barrel or hopper, put 5-10 drops of oil in the ASA (The duckbill thing that you screw the tank into.) Now put your tank on, and dryfire several times to spread the oil through the gun.
Stick on the barrel and hopper, load the paint, and you are ready to play.
