i just got an a5 for chirstmas and i was so excited to shoot it and when i finally get c02 all it does is leak out the barrel and i shoot a shot and ball breaks...is there anything to fix the leak or am i doing something wrong?

First off, check and make sure that you aren't using crappy paint (walmart paint is bad). Second, decrease your velocity a little bit. Finally, check to make sure that no o-rings are bad. It also wounldn't hurt to put about 5 drops of oil into your ASA and dry fire the gun about 10 times, this will oil the valve.

make sure when you dry fire it w/ the oil you take the barrel off otherwise the oil will get all over over the inside of the barrel and your gonna have to clean it out

his barrels already going to be full of paint unless he cleans it

its an oring man. My 98 did the same and I changed every o-ring and it was fine. Even if they look fine change them. Even the smallest nick in an o-ring is a problem

If you just got it take it back my A-5 did the same thing i took it back and they gave me a new one. You shouldn't have to fix a new gun!
