Expansion chamber

So is the regular tippmann expansion chamber with the vertical adapter worth getting for a 98c? or should i consider getting the aci 4 stage? with the aci expansion chamber, though, would i have to get a vertical adapter and a hose?

I'd say put that money towards an HPA tank. Saving that money would be a way better investment. Or get an RVA instead. That allows you to throttle down on the CO2 coming into the gun which will be helpful later when you get HPA but will help you out with CO2 as well. Open the velocity screw to where youre running wide open. Then bring your velocity to where you want it using the RVA then fine tune your blowback gas with the velocity screw. Plus you dont need the vertical adaptor. This setup will give you better consistency and increase your number of shots per tank.
