Exclamation Barrel For My 98

I have a 98 Pro with ACT. I'm looking for a barrel that has great performance but is fairly inexpensive.

Any suggestions?

(My price range is $0-40)

I have only found Teardrops in 12 inch. Most people have told me to go with a 14 inch. Would a 12 inch Teardrop be better than any (under $40) 14 inch barrel? Do they make 14 inch Teardrops?

J&J Fan for life.

Teardrops are good too.
Thing to remember here is that the Teardrop and the Progressive are identical barrels. Only the look of the porting is different. Even then the holes and size are the same. The one was just plain drilled and the other was made sideways a little.
