I am going to buy and A-5 and had a spyder victor II before this. I want to use my teardrop barrel on it but i don't know if it has a different thread. Does the A-5 have a different thread, and if it does does, is it worth paying 14.00 for one. Also, i know this says it is an adapter, but it doesn't look like the other a-5 adapters at the bottem. A-5 threads are different than Spyder threads.

They're also different from the Tippmann 98 Custom lineup threads.

The adapter will work, but if I had to solve this problem for myself I would just get aa A5 barrel and no adapter.

A-5 has A-5 barrel theards. If you want to use your tear drop you'll need an adaptor.
