you want to get the goo completely out so it works right
so you want a swap on the end
or if you can fin a big swap that works too

What is everyones thoughts on a straight shot squgee? I read somewhere that people were suggesting these so that you didnt need to take the flatline off. I havnt used one, just thought I would ask to see if any of you have?

well you can't take the flatline off unless you want to spend a long time putting it back on, because it has to go on straight, thats why i asked so that i would have some way of cleaning it when i get it, incase i chop a ball, which i probably won't but who knows.

You can use a straight shot by putting down the front of the barrel but your just gonna shove all the goo into the chamber thats why a pull thru is better for the flatline since you can feed it into the chamber and pull all the goo out the front of the barrel.

smitty, one question about your flatline
Do you ever have your gun twisted a little bit and end up shooting sidewise? If so how bad is it?

If its not lined up right it will shoot to one side, however once you line it up (easy task) and tighten the adaptor bolt youre done and it shoots beautifully. If your shots are going all over the place turn your velocity down until you get a tight grouping. OOps sorry I just realized what you were asking. If I tilt my gun will the ball curve? I havent ever noticed any curving so if its there its not significant.

ya straight shots work....and they will clean..however like smitty said..they will push paint into the chamber.
Your best bet is to just get a pull through..pop off the elbow (when u get the 98c u will see what we are talking about...just pussh down the front sight) and put a pull through in there, and your good.

thats a Egg...they are like $70....
also plz take that NH paintball marines thing out of ur Sig....you should never compair paintball to real life situtions...such as the military. Paintball already has a bad name of people running around pretending to kill each other....so try to keep paintball to a game...not compairing it to real life

The straight shot worked great when I had my flatline. When you push down on the rag-end, the o-ring flips sideways and allows you to push it down the barrel without pushing all the paint into the chamber. Plus, it doesn't take as long to use as a pull-through and IMO does a better job than a swab type since it pretty much removes all paint in one pass.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ he got it
on straight sticks wehre u push one end up and the other side with the disk coem out a bit and u had fold the disk to one side
then hold it that way so the disk is sideways and put in thru ur barrel ....... when u think u are at the end let the end u are pushing up go and it will go bac kto normal postition ......... then pull thru and fully clean
works good and VERY little paint is left ........
