I've seen that before, and it sounds to be about 14, not 24.

well my e-grip wich does hit 14bps.....doesnt sound like that...if you take a guess with the video timer i think i counted like 20....so ok...20bps

OK.....i just recorded the audio from the video into my acid music program and in the mapper section i changed it to time...and i counted 22-23

I shot a tippmann today. I fanned it like crap. After I hit 8 bps it wouldn't recocker.

That vid is of the milkman. He has an r/t with a modified hose (larger). He really is hitting 24BPS. The 98C will hit that speed, the only problem is getting paint to feed reliably. The way the chamber is shaped and the low-tech ball detent limit your options on the pressure a force feed loader can apply before you over feed.

I have seen pics of modified 98C's that have the chamber reworked. One comes to mind of a feedtube inserted through the front grip. The balls fed upward and he had a modified chamber shape and ball detent. Something like that is needed to make it feed paint that fast reliably. A verticle direct feed mod would be pretty cool to see.

The trigger properly modified and the sear properly seated and polished are perfectly capable of obtaining 20BPS with some SERIOUS skill. I know I personally can't do it.

Just to be politically correct everyone its 24 cycles per second. There is no paint in it.

Good luck getting it to fire 24 paintballs in one second, paint would slow down the cycling.

Impressive work by Milkman though, he even had the bionic Mic to back up his work. But to have 24BPS you have to actually be firing paint.

he did.....it was another post on the tippmann site...but they redid the site a while ago and cleared all the forums....

he simply put the Qloader that he had on his RACE frame cocker on the tippmann and fired it....I would assume he is still gettin at least 23 bps.

If you need to fire faster than the 15bps that the RT offers, you dont need a tippmann. When the addiction reaches that point its time to ditch the tippy and get a $1000 gun.

I know its not a pb breakthrough....its just on this site ive encountered some anti-tippy our 1000 guns are holyier than thou type stuff....so i though id throw it up there....dude why is everyone of your posts laced with attitude and sacarism..i dont get it...wtf try to be a tuff bad-ass guy on the internet....of all places...lol come on....

im not trying to be somthing im not...this is just how I am.

I can actually be a nice guy...but when you start off the this thread name as ALL YOU DOUBTERS!!! 24BPS!!!...its pretty much singling out all higher end marker owners. Well im lettin u kno...this is old news and we already knew about this...and it still doesnt change my opinion (or anyone elses opinon that owns a higher end gun) that tippys are not as good as cockers/imps/BKOs...or n e other higher end gun.

I give back as much as you put in...if your nice about your post...i will be nice back...if you have a attitude when you post...im gonna give you an attitude back...

so deal with it and quit wining.
