Step inside pros. Is this a good set-up? 98C
98C - is the A5 THAT much better?
Response Trigger -is it worth the money?
20 Oz Catalina Aluminum Tank
V-Force Shield Field Version Goggles/Mask Green
Does this sound OK? I've never owned a marker before. I will only be playing with friends, no tourneys. Anything I should sub out? I plan on ordering the above equipment tomorrow off of Ebay. Thanks!

Thats a really good setup. You will need to add an electronic hopper to keep up with the response trigger. I would reccommend an empire hopper. Also, think of getting an expansion chamber so your marker wont blow snow when you crank out the paint. The CVX valve will perform pretty good, but you will still get some inconsistency in velocity.
The A5 is pretty much the same marker as the 98C. It offers the cyclone feed system which works pretty good, but can be substituted by a good ehopper like the empire on a 98C. You will save $$ in the long run. I must admit that the A5 looks much cooler though.

Get the A5 if you can cuz it looks cooler and already comes with all the hopper you will ever need to keep up with the RT. If you have the money get a Teardrop barrel too and you will have a kick booty gun.

A-5 IS worth the extra money if you dont already have the 98c
the response trigger IS worth it if you dont mind using lots of gas andrefilling often, AND you dont play in tournaments or fields where its illegal
20oz is a good size for any tippmann
v-force makes good goggles, make sure they are thermal though

Thanks for the responses! So if I get the A5, will I still need to get a electronic hopper, or will the stock one be enough? Also, can you adjust the reponse trigger for a slower rate of fire, in case the hopper can't keep up? Thanks!

A-5 has a cyclon feed system, so basicly the hopper feeds the paintballs for you...which means u dont need a hopper.

Thanks! I just wanted to make sure the stock hopper could keep up if I go ahead and get the RT. It looks like the only thing I'll need is a barrel. I'llprbably go with the teardrop or the J&J Ceramic. Seems most people on this board have them, besides those with the high $$$ ones.
