Whats the best way to ploish the internals for the 90 Custom? Is it steel wool and then polish, or wet&dry sandpaper then polish. I plan on polishing to make it nice a shiny, but whats the preferd way, wool or paper?

I used sand paper and hoppes 9 oil to wet sand it.

I started out with 80 grit and then once it was all shiney, I slicked it up really nice with about 600 grit.

i used mothers mag aluminium polish and a dremmel. worked fine for me... took a good 2 hours though. It didnt polish at first because i think the inside was kinda painted, so i used like 400 grit sandpaper to sand away that, then dremmeled it up good.
