Rocket Cocker question
Was wondering if the Rocket Cocker is a good upgrade for the M98? How well does it hold up to hard use?

Since you havent gotten any replies, you should go to www.pbreview.com and look it up.

spend teh money on something else, its a pointless upgrade imo
if your going to clean your gun out when you get home (which only takes about 10 mins), then who cares about a spec of dust getting in your gun

hmmm... Well, I do make a point to strip the gun down completely and clean it and reoil it after every use. Takes time but keeps it in good working order. Think I'll spend the cash on a remote first and maybe get an RT trigger for the gun. hehehehe

this really is true.... i have picked up paint off the ground when it spilled out of my hopper (make sure the lid is on all the way lol) and put it back in. it was covered in dirt and bits of grass but i didnt have time to clean each ball because a game was about to start. i didnt have any problems with it, and when i took it apart later it wasn't that dirty. no crap in the hopper either. maybe the model 98s are magical self cleaning guns... iono

In a sense it does but it still uses the side cocking mechanism.

it has a O shaped thing that you use to cock your gun. it sticks out about an inch off the back end of the gun. i got my rocket cock a couple weeks ago, it isnt really necesary but i like it none the less.

Hmmm, seems to me the rocket cocker is just cheap insurance. Would rather keep dirt out weither or not the gun still works well with it in it. Just keeps it clean. I still strip and clean my gun and gear after a day of paintball though.

No, you shouldn't be aiming like that anyways.
