I know you can't reanno the 98c, but can you get a model 98 reannoed? I want to get a model 98 for backup, and I'd like to get it annoed pink and have a hello kitty put on it. I think it would look awesome.

I saw a hello kitty ad on TV and I was like OMFWTFBBQ that would be sick for a pb gun.

I know Zedaine had his green (like everythign else of his). I just like how the feedneck swings down and the look of it.. I used one as a rental the other day and I was impressed, although the trigger would definetly need to be lighten adn have a double trigger installed.

why can't you have a 98c annod? have to strip the powder coat off of it and have it polished...or am i missing somethin? an hk tippy would be pimp.

I dont think you can reanno 98s.. Somethign about it being made of a different metal.. I'm not entirely sure. Smity would know.

you are right. 98's are stamped aluminum or something like that and so cant be annoed the way other metals/guns can be. you can get some primer and car paint or other paints and stuff for it though.

you can buy 98 power packs(non C type) at wall mart. you can always paint it and then have sombody do an airbrush job for the HK thing. i had forgotten that the way the 98c's are made that u can't anno them. which sucks...

I dont think they can be annoed but painting them is nice and cheap and easily done. And yes you can get the M98 powerpack at wally world.

This is all goign to come after my sleeper rail, snatchgrip, and new air system on my mag... And if the hAir comes out, this project will get pushed back even more.

I forgot who told me.. "IT sucks getting hit by someone with pink paint, but imagine how much it would suck if you got hit by someone with a pink gun!"

why would you have wanted a M98 instead of a 98c? is the M98 any cheaper than a 98c

ya annoing a tippy is almost waste of money...and like smitty said id ont even think they can be truly "annoed"

your ALOT better off simply spray painting it....you dont even need to sand it...put on a coat of primer then ptu on a few coates of watever u wanna do...then a clear coat.

you can even have a pro do it for you.

I dont think they make simple MODEL 98s n e more however....u could prob. find them on Ebay tho
