Is this a smart choice?
I have a 98 custom. Do u think it'd be a smart coice to get the phsyco ballistic double trigger kit and the CP 14" barrel as first upgrades?
-thanks

Sounds good to me. You might also wanna look into a motorized hopper like a 12v Revvy or an Empire Reloader.

yup. i wouldn't bother w/ hpa for a tippy. get a J&J ceramic or that CP barrel and you'll be good barrel wise. the double triggers are nice. do the tippmann trigger mods to you have a nice short light pull.

yes, look into hpa, when you outgrow you tippy and your looking into guns that require it you wont have to buy it.

I am for the HPA also. Also don’t bother with the double trigger; you wont see much of a difference. Get a motorized hopper (I suggest the Reloader by Empire), because with that you won't skip balls. Other than that a new thermal mask would be a great upgrade from whatever stock mask you have. You may want to look into some nice pants and gloves also, you’ll be wanting to do some sliding soon

my consideration on the hpa is that most tippy shooters are woodsballers and seeing as how hpa would cost more(for fiber wrap that they would want for higher end gun) than their gun itself....yeah, you get the picture.

Yup, any gun is good for a beginner as long as they are committed to the sport and want to make progress in the sport.

If youve got the extra money after getting your first two upgrades, buy HPA.
