Right now I have a 98c with RT and a 14 inch boomy but I have no idea which upgrade to get next for it. I have about a hundred bucks to spend but I could get more. I was thinking of either a regulator or an expansion chamber but I have no idea which one is more important.

skip the x chamber and get a regulator. Then take your GUN AND TANK into the proshop and have them install an anti siphon tube in your tank. reg should be about 50 bucks and the antisiphon should be no more than 15 bucks. This setup is far superior to an X chamber and almost as good as HPA.
