r/t is 11 i do believe.

With the ebolt and some tuning, your limit is how fast your fingers are. I know a friend who can hit 18 on an e-bolt tippy. 11 sounds like a good ballpark figure for the r/t.
Both of these upgrades, however, are a waste of money. You should put that money toward a better gun, like a cocker, mag, impulse, bko, etc.
You'll be happier with one of those than a super-tippy, i promise.

you are so wrong its funny...ebolt is capped at a LOOOOW number...i beleive its around 13 bps....smitty knows. Howver all i kno is that the Ebolt is NOT fast and you friends are getting no where near 18 bps.
and once again you are wrong because you can get 16 bps on a stock RT if you tweak it perfect.
Response trigger is easily 14-16bps when sweetspotted however it is not legal at most fields
an unmodified ebolt is capped at 13 bps.

exactamundo smitty. as was said though, if you play at a feild(ie: speedball or hybrid of woods and speed) i would just save your money. you can buy a higher performance gun outright for much less then what it would cost to uber upgrade ure tippy.

im sure everyone remembers the video of the guy dryfiring his tippy in his kitchen at 24 bps.... if you set up the r/t right you can get that speed without doing alot of work (i mean it bounces instead of you having to move your fingers at 24bps) not legal but if you play in the back yard and you are stuck to your tippy and will not get another gun, get the r/t

he changed the tube line to a low preassure tube...and hollowed out the screw to give it more air flow.

and do you even know the point of the RT???? the rt was MADE to be a bounce machine...seriously lol...why do you think they are not alowed at most fields...uhh cuz they are MADE to bounce and MADE to be auto.
the RT was made to be full auto...and the RT can go 16 bps.

there is a guy that plays tourny ball with a tippmann at my field...he is one of the regulars and reffs out at the field like me so i see him every weekend and we are pretty tight now. he has a ebolted tippy...and i have seen him play with it since last july. I have also dry fired it. I have shot high tourny guns such as timmys...which actually have the BPS recoreded...and i have hit 18 before. I would say 70% of people that play paintball dont realize how fast 18 really is....most people that say...ya i was hitting 18...were really hittin 14-15.
Like i said i have fired his gun...however when he is not playing in tournys he puts his gun on turbo mode...which is a shot for every pull AND release. I have walked it and it sounds no where near as fast as the guns that shoot 18 bps. he has done a audio file on it and it was showing 15 bps...ON TURBO MODE. When he puts it on semi before tournys it sounds like a really really fast mech cocker...shooting 12 sumtimes 13 bps.
I AM TELLING YOU....your friends is NOT...i repeat NOT getting 18 bps on a ebolt tippy....and i defintly do not beleive him gettin 15 on the semi setting.
I have been aroudn this ebolt tippy for over half a year now...and playing with it....he is no shooting anywhere near 18 bps...and not at 15 bps.

first off ur lil "summary" doesnt make sense....where in the world does "high tourny guns such as timmys" come into play...if you didnt read wat i said u wouldnt understand it.
and keep in mind we are talkin about semi mode....and when we talk about gun being CAPPED...that means how fast the gun will shoot before the board starts ignoring trigger pulls.
the board is CAPPED at 13 bps...however since turbo mode is a pull and a release it will shoot faster.
however turbo mode should just show you how slow the ebolt is....if you take any decently fast gun (15 bps) and turn it into a turbo mode you will be shooting 30 bps lol....
the fact of the matter is ebolt is slow...and it is capped at 13 bps.
lets not fight boys. this is what happens when we fight.
