Shooting sides?
Hey everyone i was thinking about this today. I was wondering what hand you guys shoot with. Say you are shooting out of the right side of the bunker, are you walking/pulling the trigger with your right hand or left? I was told it is better if you are shooting out of the right side of the bunker to walk the trigger with your left hand and try to keep your right shoulder in as far as possible to not get hit. Also if you are shooting out of the left side of the bunker to walk the trigger with you right hand and keep your left shoulder in. I dont know, its kind of hard to explain but i guess its just shooting with your inside hand or the hand thats against the bunker. I was jw what you guys do
Thanks, alex

But if you shoot with the opposite hand then you get more exposure from where you are holding the gun. If I come out right I shoot right handed, Left, left-handed, over the top depending on what side they are on.

A good way to work on your posture and see what you are exposing and stand on the edge of a mirror like it is a bunker and when you snap out to do a snapshot, see how much and what is exposed and try to minimize it.

What ever side of the bunker you are on use that hand to shoot. You may see some people use there opposite often because they can shoot faster like that and have more control. Overall you cannot snap shoot as easy like that, and your response time will be a bit slower.
I would recommend what Shepard said with the mirror idea. Thats what I've done. Snap-shooting pretty much comes naturally, just start snapping out and shooting until you get it with both hands.

Yeah I know a lot of people who shoot faster with their non-dominate hand. I have really been working on my left hand, took a while but finally getting good at it, except when I try to shoot while lefty running- then my aim goes to ****.

i am right handed and shoot fastest with my right hand. But dear lord i suck with my left. Definetly want to practice snap shooting cuz it will save you in those close quick confrontations.

I use my right hand most of the time, but like Remix and Joe said, it's all about what side of the bunker you're on.
If you use one hand the entire time, you will get shot out and will be exposing more of yourself to get hit.
Switch hands when switching sides of the bunker...after a while you will be good with either hand, and you can play any position on the field well since you adapt to the field (after all, the field can't adapt to you).

Im guilty of using my right hand all the time
actually just when Im posted Ill hold my uni and shoot with my right. Im faster, can control my gun better, and more accurate that way... snapping back and forth though I use my left cause I have a bit of a better reaction time.

wouldn't you be less exposed if you used your left hand on the right side, because your hand wouldn't really stick out...but I don't know...don't listen to me, it's just a curiosity thing, but then again I forget about holdin the expansion chamber, but I shoot with my right hand all the time, I can't shoot with my left.

if your shooting with your right hand out the left side. your left elbow will be sticking out most likely
