goddamn right, this tourny is open class, seeing as its a 3man I didn't expect pro teams to enter. But doesn't matter. I know our team has what it takes and if we play our cards right we'll get first.

I can tell you guys one thing, our guys have a lot of heart, and we're going to kick some damn ass.

Depending on the teams and the field set up I'm probably gonna have 2-3 guys lane as they walk their asses into the back, then have the mid work up from there.

see 3mans are delicate, you have to play defensive because if you lose anyone, and anyone at all your team loses. Basically the first team to hit someone wins. So you really have to be careful with what you do.

Depending on the field setup, I would have 3 blaze otb for sure dude. You gotta get up one man quick. What if you guys had a hot call, like Orange or something, and you call that as soon as soemone hit one guy, then one guy can stop lanning and hit a mid bunker, and start pushing? I think that'd work good against good teams.

You shouldnt need to shoot 6 pods and a hopper for a 3 man game. The most my back guys have ever used in a tourney during a 7 man was 10 pods. In a 7 man game i shot out 4/7 other players using nothing more then my hopper.(mind you this was during practice, but still).

The point is....there are only 3 people you are shooting at. In my opinion, you shouldnt need to shoot more then 4 pods...i mean...6 pods and a hopper is almost half a case of paint...

Good luck but if your team is relying on you to do everything you're definately going to loose. Too many times I have seen a team rely on their best player to make all the plays and carry the team. Whenever we play a team like that all we ever do is gun for him off the break. Once that player is gone it's easy to mop up the other guys. I've seen it time and time again once the best player is gone the team falls apart. That is why I would rather have 5 solid guys than 4 average guys and 1 awesome guy on a team.

Okay, this sucked, it was double elimination and butterbean (my fat back player) ran to the snake on a 3v1 in our favor, only to get shot out. And meanwhile my gun was shooting like **** for god only knows why.

So I slid into center 50 and the ref checks me, no hit. Then as he checks me, he kinda pushes me, and bam, I'm hit because he pushed me out of my bunker.

So we lost that first game, which we coulda won easily.

The second game was two players from mavericks and 1 player from avalanche, 'nuff said.

And being that its double elimination we were gone.

The other teams were XSV (actually under the name rippers) and Oakland assassins (actually under the name rattlesnake)

Oakland assassins took first with XSV second, and old school hustle (local team, favored by the refs and some are known to cheat) took third.

Oh yea, it was complete PSP rules too, coaching and ramping to 15. And since the assassins only had 3 people I coached for them, did a hella good job too.

an APG photographer was there too, she took pictures of everyone (no duh).

Rob told me about teebay's move, get a new backplayer.

It's all good as long as you had fun and got to play with some good ballers.
