does anybody no where to get that black tubing they use in hyperball and how much does it cost?

Try construction sites, from what I hear they're pretty expensive though.
You just do better with a used airball field.

big spools... skids(pallets.) plywood or sheets of plastic..55gallon barrels..old tables ...cabbinets.. tin sheets.. just about anything.. use your imagination...

For tarp and pvc, you build a pvc frame, and then hang the tarp over it. Just make sure it's strong enough to withstand shooting.
