Definatly listen to your back guys, and you have to trust them too. Play tight, and make your moves quickly. Good luck

watch videos of pros and see what they do...listen to your backs and make sure you know where all the opponents are at all times. If your backs suck, it will be harder for you. dont get distracted at all either...just focus and do your job...most importantly, have fun

Be as small as you can. Don't be afraid to get hit, it's just a paintball. Your gonna be playin the smallest bunkers, so get there fast and be small.
Walk through for you is key. Try to find the running lanes. Know where you can be and not be seen from where you are. Get your first three moves in your head before the game starts. Know where your going at all times, and like always, listen to your Back players, they're your eyes.

sounds stupid but youll have more confidence in yourself and you will tend to hesitate alot less. (since afterall, you are better than everyone else).

if he doesnt find a new one, also practice snap shooting. When your in the front position, your the closedt guy to the other team. They are gona pound ur bunker. Stay tight, and take 3 snap shots, repeat this from different sids to your bunkerso they dont see your pattern and gog u! Dont be predictacle, becasue thay will also get you a ball in the mouth. Off the break if your not that fst use delay runs, or run behind a bunker so u can get hit from laning, then go to your wnated bunker. listen to back players and be aggresive.
