I feed you paint

New team
okay, so i was playing at my local field the other day, a one on one with one of my friends. I ran completely around him and bunkered him. One of the guys there that i play with sometimes was watchin. He calls me over to him and starts talkin to me:
"yeah i was watchin you out there, and i like how you move, your not a nervous shooter, and your not afraid to move. Ive been tryin to get on a team for a while now, but no one will put me on their team. So ive been thinkin about startin my own team, and i want you to know that if and when i do...your on it"
how sweet is that, i got an offer for a team...me...i suck and i got an offer cause of some sweet moves........i love speedball

Sounds like my same story almost. I was playing and a random guy came up and asked me if i wanted to join. He mentioned he was sponsored and i instantly became interested. Three weeks after im co-captain of the team.

Start a team with a core of 3-4 friends you know won't quit or switch on you. Thats the only way your ever going to get anywhere on a new team. Otherwise people just keep leaving and ditching practices like it doesn't matter, and when tourney time comes, you guys suck.
