well if your doing like 2 backs a mid and 2 fronts then i suggest something like this.
Off the break have your backs send paint down into the corners-this is where their backs or mids will most likely go. It is CRUCIAL to start shooting there right off the break, or else by the time your paint is there they are safe. OR you can have them send paint down the tape-if you think the other team will try a quick move there.
No your backs can either just bump up to a middle bunker in the back, or roll over to the corners as they do this laning.
Your mid should get to the 20 or 30 and start sending paint over your fronts heads. Try to block lanes so your fronts are safe.
Fronts.....run, run, run. Listen to the backs about where people are and let them tell you when to bump up and when to snap out.
