I've been playin for a few months now and I've asked around for teams that need players but find any that need someone on there team. How do i go about finding some players or team that need someone that wants to be serious about the game, but can't find anyone.

Go to local tournys ask around if anyone needs another player, the tourny I went to a couple teams only had 4 people (5 man tourny) so they got walk ons.
