how well would a 2004 Prostock Autococker perform in compertion. i will also be buying a electric hopper.

Although you won't be throwin ropes of paint, that mech cocker will be a great all around marker. You need to depend on "you" and not amount of paint in the air.

try to get an eblade or e2 also, i used to have a prostock, then i got an eblade for it, it helps alot in hyberball and x ball.

You really want a electric gun when playing speed ball. So I would say get some thing different.

Get a gun that fits your style of play. If you wanna dump an extreme amount of paint, then that gun is not the one to do it with. If you get it. an e-blade, like autocockersown said, would be a good idea.

I would say get an electric gun like an Ion or Bushmaster with PDS (as stated earlier by flowbob)... You will be much happier with it in the long run - I guarentee it.

cockers are old now. nobody wants them anymore because they are unreliable and a pain to troubleshoot and tinker with. and if every aspect of them isn't tuned to perfection, it will shoot badly.

to make an autococker nice. you do have to put a lot of time and effort into maintance., not just once or twice, but almost everytime you use it., but if you are up for the challenge i'd say go for it.

dont waste your money on a cocker. trust me, ive owned my fair share of them. get an ion, MUCH better investment

if you're thinking about getting a cocker, which you are, DO NOT get something else just because that people say you have to time it. if you have other reasons go ahead but don't forget about cockers just because of timing. I
