Does anyone know of a tourney team in the San Diego area that needs a new player? I am 20 yrs. old. I own a Smart Parts Ion, all stock except for the barrel. I have some paint and no air at this moment. i own an Evil paintball jersey. I am free Sunday through Saturday, until I start working. I am not free tomorrow, Aug. 26 due to a Padres game. I am also not free Saturday, Aug. 30 due to a Six Flags trip. Any other day is perfect.
i heard that was a bad place to find teams. According to Mike Phelps from Techpb, "they are a bunch of snooty, stuck up teenagers".
Micheal Phelps is on TechPB? I think your talking about Mike Phillips and he hates PBnation, so he's biased. I got to say Pbnation is a good place to locate a team. The best way to find a team, is to go to your local field and play with the teams there. If your good enough you will get on a team.

The only problem with that is I don't know where any of the local fields are. The only one I know of is Mr. Paintball in Escondido, Ca. I moved to Chula Vista, Ca.

Hell back in the day we use to play paintball in 3' of snow with a temperature below freezing (beings that was last winter doesn't classify it as back in the day) snow bunkers are fun specially when you can slide around like an ice skater and when you hit them with your full force they don't move or pop or the straps don't break

oh yeah i am on a team called bound by budget pretty friendly bunch of "society rejects playing with loaded guns"
honestly from the sounds of it, you may want to work on your own game before you try for the team level, iv never seen someone with a stock ion on a team, iv seen a few hevily upgraded ones but those are few and far between, if you are thinking you are good because you can own the walk on group, team play will sure set you straight, its at a whole nother level (usually, sometimes you can find a fresh team that just started, or a bunch of teens that are just there to flex their mustles) but id start by actually playing at the local fields, there has to be some by you down there, i am up in WA as well and although theres not a ton of fields i know where every one within 50 miles is.

i know where all the fields are here in spokane i was being sarcastic i can afford to play paint ball and as far as fields there are like 4 with in like 30 miles of my house excluding private walk on fields you have neverwood, knight hawk (10 miles), virtual assault (indoor field),Rapid Assault,
and in the almost 50 mile category theres one in idaho Totally Tactical Paintball Village
so there is an abundance of fields around here
the second thing is i would never use sp products while on a team quality is in lack and performance is not the best i shoot cockers and mags (with a vl back up)
