ya, now a days there arent really alot of woodsball tourneys, manly because of the uncontrollable environment and how long the games can last. But back before speedball, there used to be alot of woodsball tourneys, some were even on T.V.
Ask around at your local fields. Or there is always google. Search for woods tourneys in your local area or something. You never know, Google is a magical place!
hey remember back in the 90s when speedball was just a warm up game and woods was the tourney scene? well what if we brought that back, with a special league there is speedball and xball leagues why can't there be a national open class woodsball league, we might not have big tournaments but set up a tourneys in every state say 5 a year in every state, and you only compete with people in your state and data and scoring is all the same nation wide and your achievements as a team in the tournies could be post on the internet, eventually we could do huge regional tourneys where top teams in say midwest could compete, and so on for like south east, south west, north west, and north east. Also about games long and such we could do 10 man teams in smaller but not to small woods ball fields, and also throw in some concept fields, like the castle fields and special scenario fields, or speedball adn woods hybrid fields. Look it doesn't ahve to start with a league or some big guy making tourneys. Talk to your local field owner about having a special woods ball tourney and tell him you'll help make rules and advertise.

The problem with that is money. You can't specate woodsball. If there's no spectators, there's more money coming to the owners for holding a normal tourney than a woodsball tourney.
well they had spectators even tv showings of the old woodballs games so explain taht to me, you can view them at webdogradio.us in the old school section.

yea uh cb is camobandits my team, and uh speedball can bite it cuzz we started in the woods and we'll keep playing in the woods. maybe not your little tourneys but we got our scenarios still and the old woods. not that tourneys or speedball is bad, we just gotta stay to our old ways too.
