Yes....thats what it is exactly.

What is there not to get? Gather up some players, name yourselves, and enter some tourneys. If you do good, try to get sponsors and keep moving forward.

if your goal is to be famous and get sponsors, then forget about it. Make your goal to win and have fun, everything else comes with it. Just find people you have fun playing with, they dont have to be great. You can always get someone good whos also an ahole, but you team will suck. Get someone you are cool with, and you can always practice to get better.
