I'm trying my best to bite my tounge on this one.

I do have to say though that it's nice to read about how people get away with it so that I know more what to look for when spotting cheaters. As for the original post's idea of using a bunker to wipe a gog? There's no way that would work. It would spread the hit all over the goggles and into the cracks around the lens.

at the field I'm going to on saturday everyone wipes. I remember one time I got shot on the feedneck right off the break, I dont know how it happened but I was pissed and I started walking away and the ref was like "waht happened" "got shot in the feedneck" he was all "wipe it off and go back in". The last time I wiped was when I played my dad and the bunker I was behind collapsed and one grazed the top of my head. The only thing wrong with all this is that it all applies to airball.

I don't know, guy. Could you even call whiping cheating anymore? Obviously, by the popularity of this thread, one would think its merely becoming a tactic in itself. Roulette with a paintball, so to speak, afterall even in laser tag the tactics revolve most around covering your sensors so you don't get tagged out.

the times when ive wiped is when i make a dash for the 50 and some1 gets lucky and hits me i usually dont though cause we have a rule at our field get caught 5 times the amount u wiped but ive only seen it once done though
also i have a damn conscience that always gets 2 me i kno i sound que*r or like a pu**y

i'm not bashing wiping but i am just laughing at the fact that people have stratigies for wiping a hit.. lol....i didn't thin mnay people wiped but i guess i am wrong....i wiped once in my life long ago.. the more i see these topics the more i bonus balll.....

Same here, but I have been known to B-ball for lesser reasons. Got a kid twice in the neck/shoulder because he was screaming he was god on a christian get together.

It's Cheating, wiping breaks the fundamental rules of paintball, if your hit, your out. Paintball was originally bult on trust, but if no one follows these rules, what do we have left? The refs are their to help you go out, but it even says in the NPPL rules, it is YOUR responsibility, if you are hit, you are out. Wiping IS still cheating, and it's sad that it's becoming part of the game now.

read the NPPL rules, it CLEARLY states that it is the PLAYERS responsability to pull THEMSELVES out. (don't ask for a link, the rules are long, and i'm reall azy today)

or for you newbs you lose that player plus the closest player to him (your team)

no1 pulls themselves out unless its an EXTREMELY obvious hit and they know the ref saw it.

everyone cheats now. the rules have changed. dont be hating. read the interview w/ marcus neilson. i like what he says about cheating

If a ref misses pulling you out its HIM whos cheating the other team.... not you
