whats your point of veiw on X-ball
in august were plannin on playing in a x-ball tourney and were really phscyed its a 5 man tourny but you can have 15 on your roster. Well I was just wondering what you thought about X-ball, and If you liked it and what you thought about it!!!  |

I just wanted to know what you thought of it. The tourny is $200 per team but there's 8 40 minute games and its going to be way sick and I cant wait!!!

Explain the exersises please, because I've been trying for like 4 days with 6 minutes of crunches every night, and it looks better than it looked before.

I have a six pack, but I honestly don't really do that many situps. I think I work my six pack out when I work out my triceps cus they're always tight the whole time I do it.

Most little kids can have six packs easy, as long as there not fat. If your kinda thin you can work out from like 6 monthes to a year and look ripped because the muscle shows up really easy.
