ok so I started a team there is 5 of us now and 4 others that have played with us once or twice.

I am the captain and I would really like to keep the first 4 they are good friends. the others I will just make try out so my problem is with the first four actually only 3 of them. They won't do anything to learn about paintball they think they know it all. I even send them links to arcticles but they still don't do it .

2 of them don't seem like their tring very hard at it and they are making about 10$ a week. don't know what to do about that yet either. one of them has proclaimed themself co-captain and I don't want him to be co-captain. neither do some other people on the team. he has a very short temper hmmmm what to do.

so should I thertan to kick them off the team so they so they start doing more? If they still don't do more should I actually kick them off the team?

how serious is the team overall, most teams of spyders and tippmans dont really do anything anyways. i would definetely start to make some stands cause your capt.

if you are serious about paintball, and there are not and refuse to learn, threaten to kick them off the team, but if they still don't, kick them off, it will be for the betterment of the team. I mean, if you are really serious 'bout paintball, there just playing a few times a month casually, you won't be able to get very far with them...

well me and 2 of my teammates are very serious so I will talk to the others and therten to kick them off.

Dont worry, no offense, but when i had a spyder i tried to put a team together and we were all like "Oh yeah we own." and we never did a tourney. Dont worry, you guys have spyders and grav feed hoppers, you wont do anything too big either way.
