just keep practicing, set up at least 2 days a week, where you:

-practice snap shooting
-practice sliding
-play against each other
-work on game plans/playing styles/tactics
-have one person shooting with a hopperful, and a couple pods, while the other members have to touch every bunker without getting shot,
i'll think of more later.

That's good advice. But yeah, try to get your team to move quicker like I am. I have my guys doing runs all around are field like every practice for warmups.

snap shooting is pretty simple, it's where you pop out of the bunker shoot really fast a burst of say 3-5 and then just pop back in, you don't follow your shots or anything you just snap out shoot snap back in.

yeah, just get behind a makeshift bunker in your backyard, and set up a target on a tree/fence about 15-30 feet away, and poke out, shoot off a few balls, and pop back in, do that with about a hopperfull until you have it down pat.

Communication. Thats the most importaint thing to working as a team. Develop hand signals so you can communicate with team-mates across the field, or in a place where you need to be quiet. You also might want to play a few practice games, that way you can see how well the signals you agreed on work. As a team, work on stratigey. Alone, work on aim.
