i went to their concert last night, and it was quite possibly one of the best experiences of my entire life. If you are uninformed, australian pink floyd is the world's greatest tribute band to pink floyd (pink floyd even endorses them) and they have the entire sound, light, stage, and everything else setup that pink floyd the original band has.

they were PERFECTION. they sounded exactly like floyd, and put on one hell of an amazing 3 hour concert. if they ever come to your area, GO!

Aussie Floyd right? I also saw a really good tribute band over the summer. I forget the name of them though..

they havent played around here in a while
luckily i got to see the machine on friday, they were dead on with every song too. see them if you get the chance.

ill have to keep that in mind- how was the big stage setup?

the machine usually has pretty big stage setups but starland ballroom is just a giant bar with a small stage. so they couldnt put up a video screen or anything. but there were still laser lights which was cool. and the good thing about starland is that you are up close and personal with the band. i was right in front of the stage which made for an awesome show.
