Creative Zen Micro is PISSING ME OFF
Alright so I install everything and then I plug the USB cord into my mp3 player and into my computer. I go to Zen Micro Media Explorer, and it says the damn thing isn't connected. Can someone please help me out?

Although this may belittle your intelligence, but is the MP3 player turned on?

Yes it is on, and I've tried to put the cable into all the USB ports and wiggle it around.
This is so retarded... it just worked on the other comp but I want to use mine. The other comp is running XP and mine is running 2000 do you think that might be the difference? And I've tried upgrading to XP but it always says I have to register and then when I try that it is looking for an internet connection but I don't even get to install my internet connection so it never works...

You're not supposed to have it on... I had a Creative MuVo Tx FM. It had to be off.

It works turned on when I plugged it into the other computer... It doesn't work either way on my computer though.

does the player need a 2.0 USB port? Some do. if it does, the problem might be that your computer doesnt have one.

Most devices that are USB 2.0 are also USB 1.1 complaint for that reason though. I have a creative MP3 player and it is like that.
