I got seether and finger 11 tonight, then shinedown, then 3 doors down/staind/hinder and all were for free. Plus my good buddy is the lead actor in the new 5 finger death punch video im pretty psyched about it all, i was pretty concert-deprived as a child, but now my family has a guy who works at a ticket company and he gives us free tickets every once in a while.

i used to go to a lot of concerts. just small punk shows in local venues. I found them much more fun than big concerts. I have been to a couple big shows, like foo fighters and ****.. but meh, I perfer small venues.

yah, we used to go to punk shows in this ****ty ****ty basement in the run down section of town. It was all invite only/word of mouth. Real wicked crowds, the core punks of the real scene at the time. ya ****in had to squeeze by the furnace to get to the back corner where the bands played, and ya couldnt jump or ya'd split your head on the ceiling. Used to get retardedly drunk and mosh in there.. awesome times.

Word. We used to have some pretty sweet ones in my boys basement a few years ago back before i had a steady band that were realll tight.

But since he moved out weve tried to do more house shows but everyone lives in apartments or downtown so the cops like to come bust it up of course.

But while my band has been on the road we've played some pretty tight house shows. There's a place in In or Il I think called the Kitchen that I would loveee to play or just go to a show at.
