I went to see them at the Rosemont in Chicago, Their newest cd is really good.

all of their cds are great, unlike most other groups where you just listen to a few of their songs bewcause they are the only good ones

the reanimation was good and all but there was no point in making it. They should have just came up with new songs instead of remaking all there old songs.

reanimation had some new songs they wanted to try out and get some fan support from...like X-ecutioner Style, Hi Voltage, and my december.

First of all, you have to admit they have no musical talent at all (Except for the singer, I think he's called Chester - He is the only reason the band is good.) They were great and all when they made Hybrid Theory, I liked them great songs. I, and all of my freinds were on the edge of our seats waiting for the next album, which we didn't know was going to be a total dissapointment. REANIMATION!!!!111one11one!! WHY, GUYS? WHY?. That totally pissed me off... And I never bought Meteroa so I can't comment on that, it's meant to be good. Personally nowadays too many people 'like' LP just to be cool, there are also so many posers who are like "Linkin Park are so cool, they are my favorite Heavy Metal band!"... That just dissapoints me... Over all a pretty good band. But they pretty much sold out when it came to ReAnimation. In my opinion ReAnimation was a big mistake. It lost my freinds and I, and many other people's love for the band.

IMO LP is the best band ever. I have all their cd's, minus the imports and singles. But LP is a great band on more then 1 level. Because they dont cater to one specific group of people (i.e. Goth rock, rap, preppy pop.), also i respect them because they're doing wha they love to do, and are very good at it. IMO reanimation was a good cd, you dont see many people doing remixes of all their songs, which is a good way to become a non-conformist band. cause conformism sucks. They're the only of their kind, and there for stand out for anyone to enjoy. And not everyone 'likes' them, because i know a lot of people who dont, and some people havnt even heard of them, which is hard for me to believe. But i've been a faithful LP fan since Hybrid Theory came out.

Meteora owns. Ice, you are judging them without even listening to meteora, which is imo their best cd yet. sure, reanimation wasn't that good, but is that a reason to give up on them?

You're calling me a wannabe fan? Ok, since I have all of their CDs. Anyways, you lose all hope in a group because they try something different. Are you so single-minded that you can't let them try out something new with their talent? You say they have no talent...what instrument can you play well enough to land you a multi-million dollar record deal? That's what I thought.

What how do I become a die hard fan of a band? Do I have to pass a test or something?

Cmon there is no such thing as wanna be fans. You either like a band or your dont, its not rocket science.
