Story of the year is one of my personal favorite bands. They are Alt rock. I saw them last year when they opened for the used and just got my tickets to see them again on the 24th of April. Hmm.. is it just me or do they sound like.. every other damned emo band out there? In other words... i don't like them too much... at all.

haha, wait a sec, they are one of the bigiest EMO bands out there
EMO sounds like elomo
and elmo is kind of a muppit
so they must be slayed!

They are a Gay emo band and like smartparts they should be blown up.

i might head up to a club to see em next month, but i dont know, last time i was at a concert in DC, i got flashed by a bunch of fat 13 year old's and im scarred for life

i don't mind thier cd, apparently they put on a good live show from what i hear but from what i've seen they weren't impressive at all... but my friend knows them personally so he keeps talking about them

hey some punks can have a senstive side its alright to listen to some emo
i listen to matchbook sometimes and im punk
and get there new album its great

i dont understand how everyone can say "emo sucks" or anything to that affect, its nice that you think that, but there is very little supposrt in many peoples posts. Personally, emo/screamo makes up 95% of what i listen too, which of screamo makes up 75% or so of the 95%. Personally i love the lyrics, and screamo adds a nice touch to an already nice musical style.
