If i get a new bord like the a4 bord for the ir3 dont i need to get new batters?

I dont think you would need to get new batteries though, u just might wanna check on the dimensions on ur grip and everything to make sure the A4 board will drop right in, im pretty sure it does

unless ur lookin to not spend a whole lot of money and just need to replace ur current board if it got broken or something you should look into the predator mod or some sort of ACE mod similar.

well the predator mod comes with an ACE, I know that warpedsportzla has a mod also that incorporates one and the HK mod also, but I heard that the HK mod isnt really open to the public, you pretty much have to know someone on the inside in the HK army to get it done.

YEah, you have to buy a new boarb set ans everything for ace. I'd go with the pred if I where you.

All are gonna come with a different board since the original IR3 boards and up were made to accomodate the COPS system, predator definitely rips 33 bps with eye off and uncapped with the eye on........ http://www.theangelguy.com/images/a42.mov

nice lil video of it, they will also remove the rechargeable battery from your gun since the predator runs off a 9volt battery stored in the grip frame next to the board, this lightens the gun a lot, and they drill out the air passage for greater flow and plug up all the COPS systems holes

not anymore, they used to do a magnet trigger mod but they dont offer it free with the predator anymore, but you can pay extra to have it done

just put an aftermarket board like the entropy or WAS (ugg) in it. the predator mod is by far the best, but its REALLY expensive. if u have the cash, go for it.

***congrats to bunkermonkey on becoming a mod! you know a ton more about angels then i do and you really deserve it

You'll also need to put in a new solenoid in the IR3 if you want to run the a4 board because of the change in voltage to the solenoid. Its pretty much pointless to put an A4 board in an IR3. Go to angel-owners.com for more info.
