Its a rod that extends up from the grip frame into the breech and it detects weight of the paint by pressing down on the sensi pad and then is connected to the circuit board to relay if there is a paintball in the breech or not

Yeah, and sesi also calculates the weight of your ballstack over the breech to help speed up operation. Basically it's programmed to be faster than the older COPS system found in IR3s that works on the same princple.

No, the original idea was to knowr how much weight a full ballstack was so that it could calculat if your loader was keeping the stack full. You're right though, as different paint will weigh in slightly off and force feed loaders trick this logic anyways, but that was the direction WDP was going. And I'm just kinda pulling info out of my sleep deprived head, so it's off to bed for me. But I'm not going to let you get away with one-upping me often bunkermonkey, so don't get used to it Cograts on the mod position BTW. They asked me to do it forever ago, like before the forums last facelift when everything got rearranged and all my post counter got reset and all the old posts got deleted. Anyways, congrats, you're doing good so far.

haha thanks, what u didnt know was I had this position a LONG time ago, back when duo and dooms were also just regular mods.

That was there direction but it didnt work out too well, the measuring of the full ball stack weight only helped in calibrating the overall function of the sensi doesnt really play much more of a part.......night
