complete newb. here...
I was just given an old Black led angel my uncle decided he no longer needed. Can anyone give me any pointers on what to look out for/where I can find parts/manuals/whatever? I know at the very least I need to find a charger (which I haven't been able to), and have to buy a bottle and hopper... any recommendations (other than removing the horrible, chipped paintjob on the body)?
pic included (circled parts are a nice original blue color, as compared to the painted body).
thanks

Uhm, lets get started.
Charger - www.theangelguy.com
"Paintjob" - Don't try to take it off yourself, you'd have to get it reannoed, which can be rather cheap in comparison to what it used to be. Maybe around 70? Not to up to date on this subject, however you state its a Black, then a Blue? Make up your mind bro.
I suggest you get a 68/45 Crossfire Tank(N2), and a Evolution or Revvy, no halo because it'll push past the detents. Then upgrades are up to you.

ey bro, I said I was newb., not an idiot
yeah, my unk. painted it BLUE himself... if you look at the frame, you can see silver where it joins the body, and then black below... he shaved the black off that part.
the blue I'm referring to are on the addons he put on it dye boomstick, (i think), the kapp high rise, the kapp pin pull thingy, and the gen. x-2 regulator thing.
Thanks for the info so far, I'm about to order myself a charger. Before I do, I'm correct in assuming that the 4.8v charger w/ battery is for a gun that isn't mine, huh : /

could be on the trigger...also has a different board that's sposed to be full auto. All I know is that I'm not looking a gifthorse in the mouth, and I'm not selling this gun for anything (unless someone wants to be a little more realistic and offer like at least 450, but that's not happening ).
How cheap is "relatively cheap"? being that I'm newb., I doubt I'm spending bucks on the aesthetics of this thing until it proves it's worth it.
Keep'em coming

it depends on what u want...
if u were to get a strait color over the whole thing, it could be anywhere from 50-150.
u want a fade, it will cost more.....
u want some parts one color, and other parts a different color, it costs more....
do a search on google for paintball gun annodizing. u will find some "quotes" for it.
