Cool Looking for a N2 tank and hopper, any help?

As stated I just purchased a PB gun and also need a N2 tank and a hopper. I am not real sure of sizes, makes, models so input and expertise is appreciated. Looking to but soon so first come first sell.

Well, it sounds like you are looking for an HPA (high pressure air) tank. N2 is not used due to cost issues. It is much easier to just use the HPA tanks. With the HPA tank, a lot of things come in to factor, such as your size/shape/prefrence. If you are short and stubby like my buddy Corey, he uses a Ninja 45/50 air tank, where the first number indicates the max pressure, and the second indicates the size of the tank. you can also get away with a bigger tank if you are taller like me. Many people like the 45/68, or 45/88.

Now as far as the hopper goes, what is your price range? If your budget is under $70, then you can go with an Empire Magna, Halo B, or even a Torque Loader. If your price range can go up to $150, you open up many better hoppers, such as the Empire Prophecy, and the Dye Rotor. Everyone has their own prefrence, but it seems that the general consesus leans towards the Rotor being the best on the market.

Hopefully this helps you out!

Money is not an option and always buy the best, but with that being said I also dont blow money if there is a "like" item that is just as good but doesnt have the name. I look at it like watches.... I have no need to but a Rolex just to say I have a Rolex when I have a Tag Heuer that is half the price and much better. Not ranting just stating.

I am looking for I suppose a 68-4500 as my brother has that. He also has a Empire Hopper, but not sure on model. I know I can get on ebay and find all of this its just easier for me to find someone who doesnt want it and just sell it other than getting into a bidding battle for days on in.

Word.

If you are looking to get one now, I'd reccomend buying one from either Paintball - Cheap Paintball Guns, Gear and Paintball Equipment or Paintball - Critical Paintball Your #1 Source For The Best Paintball Products. . Both of those sites seem to have everything that you could need, and they will price match anyone (except ebay, and amazon type sites).

snow, you have your numbers backwards, the first number is the size, second is the pressure so a 68-45 is 68 cubic inches and 4500 psi

thats the size id look for, at least a 4500 psi tank if you want a stubby 70/45 they make those as well.

for the hopper if price isnt an issue you should be looking at the big 3, the rotor, pinokio and prophecy. all three have their good points and great points its just a matter of what features do you think are more important than others. I roll the rotor, theres a few guys around here with me and a few that roll with the pinokio, and i believe one or two that have a prophecy as well, point is they are all top of the line hoppers and its going to come down to a choice on your part more than anything.

Yeah after research I bought a new prophecy but no tank. I always have been told that with the tank I need to have a reg that puts out what my gun can take correct?

I'm sure that a 4500, or 3000 psi tank will work just fine for your gun.
