Best paint to money.

I need to buy 2 cases of paint, and i want to know, which paint has the best performance to money ratio.

like i dont want to spend 60 for evils, but if there are something that performs just as good, or close to them, for 50, that would be great.

no giant sized paint, i need something no bigger than .689 caliber.
