They're both nice barrels. But the Ceramic is targeted for lower-end guns in my opinion. CP has the 2-Piece Pro barrel to offer which is a very nice barrel. You see many top teams like LTZ shooting CP too. Great barrels.

i put a cp 12" classic on my 98custom and it changed everything. i havent used J&J, but i would reccomend the cp.

I've got the pro kit and the J&J Edge ceramic kit. They're both incredibly accurate, and neither is very loud. But if you get stuck with louisy paint and get barrel breaks, the J&J shoots through them better.

Can't go wrong with either barrel. Personally I prefer the CP.
