J&J Kits

How are the J&J kits?
Do they use inserts or backs?

I already looked in the stickies. I want to get a good kit for my ion thats not a freak.

My 14" J&J shoots thru breaks pretty good but my gun doesnt chop all that often anyway.

I currently own 3 edge kits and IMO they are the best bang for the buck out there. The brand new kits are very nice, they are all ceramic and shoot through breaks well. They are also very quiet barrels, people say my proto is silent across the field.
